               From 495 take the Rt 38 exit towards Lowell.  Follow Rt 38 and merge right at the fork onto Nesmith Street.  Enter Rotary and take second exit onto VFW parkway.  Cross the lights at Bridge Street and then Merge right at the fork onto Lakeview Ave.  Turn Right on Coburn Street and follow Coburn to the PAV on right.
